Evenings are a party in the dining room that opens onto the park. Wild spinach salad, grilled almonds, and sheep cheese, red tuna marinade with wild rhubarb and hazelnut oil; poultrybroth with coriander; poutargue and farm guinea fowl; braised squid, neapoitan style with saffron risotto and dried cepes… Thousands of ideas and a variety of feelings.
