Massignac  Timbered grounds, meadows and two large lakes, Lavaud and Mas Chaban form on nearly 350 hectares, a vast territory for adventure seekers : mountain bike, swimming, windsurf, canoe, fishing...  For the small ones, the adventure is also in the Aventure Park.

Cherves-châtelars  Visit of :  The ruins of the priory  The Romanesque church, dating from the XIIth century  The wet banks of Bonnieure where wild buttercups, bellflowers, hyacinths and lilies grow.

Chasseneuil-sur-bonnieure  During the Second World War, Chasseneuil was a very active region(the vast and dense forests were used for shelters). The memorial of Resistance, set up on a hill, recalls the fight of the men of "the army of the shades". The cemetery is the resting place for 2 255 resistants of all confessions.  Visit also of The house of Resistance where memories of Bir Hakeim are exposed.

Saint-mary  Located at the confluence of Bonnieure and Marillac, the castle dating from the XVIIIth century is famous for its gardens à la française...

Cellefrouin  The Saint Nicolas church, good example of Romanesque art: Founded around 1000 AD (it is one of oldest in the region), the church seems enlized because of the raising of the ground. The nave with its spans is supported by powerful pillars, the capitals carry naive sculptures of foliages, heads of animals.  You will also be amazed by the beautiful Lantern of Deaths, situated in the cemetery of the village, surmounted by a cone in stone scales.

Alloue  Maria Casarès and La Maison du comédien : Maria Casarès liked this Charente Limousine village. Domaine de la Vergne was the place where she worked her roles. At her death the house was donated to the commune. Today, La Maison du comédien is a residence of artists.

hiesse  The zoo : on nearly 11 hectares you'll see different types of animals coming from all over the world : lamas, ostriches, buffaloes, but also hens and ducks
