To whet your appetite why not discover some of our specialities such as Bayonne Ham, or porc MANEX Basque style, foie gras, épaule d’agneau confit (shoulder of lamb conserve), confit de canard ou porc (duck or pork conserve), Axoa (a savoury veal dish), pre-cooked meals, without forgetting our sauce basque Sakari and our home-made pimento based seasonings, as well as our aperitif drink made from sweet pimentos, the famous ‘Biper Amoa’.
