A collection of more than 1000 parts of objects and documents evoke, in cinematographic decorations inspired of poetic realism, the everyday life of the French under the occupation then a presentation of Resistance in Vaucluse, within the national epic, apprehends, through the account and testimonys of the actors of the event, major motivations of the behaviors; finally, a third section: "the independence of the Mind" proposes an in-depth reflexion on "the intelligence in war", the ideals of Resistance, their teaching and their significance. It gather a number of clandestine editions, subjected to the censure or coming from abroad, militant reviews, manuscripts of Rene Char, George Rouault... and of original works of Henri Matisse, Joan Miro...

It is the marvellous world of Santon, old and recent parts out of terra cotta, believed ground, bread crumb, wax, works of santonniers of all Provence. More than 2000 single parts, in particular 39 let us santons in a nut shell. One of the most important collections devoted to the world of the santon and presented at the public all the year.

The Ferme is set in vast wooded grounds which are ideal for rest, relaxation or taking a gentle stroll before, maybe, going for a swim in the pool or enjoying the “Salon Auditorium”. The hotel Donadéï de Campredon, accomodates exposures of modern art and contemporary since 1984, and shelters the House Rene Char. Born with Isle-on-the-Sorgue in 1907, the poet Rene Tank, “tenant” of surrealism and friend of the principal artists of his time, had chosen of sound living this residence to make of it a place of cultural radiation around his work. A complete stage is devoted to discovered of the writer: permanent exposure, presentation of its study, audio-visual and resource centre. In addition, Campredon association - House Rene Char organizes cultural events (temporary exposures, festival of poetry, meetings, readings, concerts…) throughout the year, to the attention of all the public ones.
