Our ambition is to get a multiple experiment of the wild and majestic nature of our area, challenges for the body and the spirit to you. Good visit, and that the adventure starts!

The only wines classified as "Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise"are produced from the "Small berry Muscat", vines grown in the villages or Beaumes-de-Venise and Aubignan. Other drastic rules (on pruning, sugar content of the wine before fermentation, time limit for mutage, etc…) create a wine of "exception". The vine growers of Beaumes-de-Venise are the only group growing this grape variety in the Rhône Valley. Probably of Greek origin, this grape variety adapts well to chalky areas. Oenological qualities : It allows the production of natural sweet wines and fine sparkling wines or, in blends, to add aroma. Sugar content is potentially high, acidity is balanced, flavour is intense and delicate.

It is in the heart of this exceptional soil that we are installed(settled) since 1717. Since meadows of three centuries, in our cellars dug in feet of ramparts, we elaborate and raise(bring up) wines in the biggest respect for the ancestral traditions.

Greta of Northern Vaucluse gathers the whole of the public school establishments present mainly on the communes of Carpentras, Orange, Bollène, Valréas It has the role of meeting the needs for continuous training in this zone. Greta proposes formations leading to diplomas, of the CAPE with the BTS and the formations qualifying for many trades of the sectors industrialist and tertiary sector. He offers also services to the people (accompaniment, evaluation of competences...) and to the companies (council in human resources, analyzes trades, helps with the development of the plan of formation...). It in addition undertakes several international programs under the aegis of the European funds.

The Côtes du Ventoux vines grow between 100 to 400 metres altitude, on the southern and western slopes of the Mont Ventoux outcrop (known as the Giant of Provence), In the very heart of the historic Venaissin County. This vine growing country is exceptional because of the variety of soil types found here (hard limestone, scree, old alluvial deposits, pebbles...) and the types of grape grown are those which are the best adapted to these soils. The climate is also perfect for vines: lots of sun and little rain. The Côtes du Ventoux guaranteed vintage "appellation controlee" has existed since 1973. Production today is from 250 to 300,000 hectolitres for a growing area of 6,500 hectares. Each hectare yields 52hl. Côtes du Ventoux covers 51towns, all of them in the Vaucluse department. Amongst them is CAROMB, a village already famous for producing vines, and geographically at the heart of the Côtes du Ventoux region. Caromb is also famous for its Cave Cooperative Saint Marc' -Saint Marc Cellars.

We are the 3rd generation exploiting the field. There exists since 1935. The field extends from the soil of the Plan of God with Violès to the foot of laces of Montmirail on the commune of Sablet, bordering on Gigondas.

The wines resulting from year 2004 fit quite naturally in the line of the wines gorged with sun and deluded with Mistral. They are balanced, with good tannic maturities, rich and dense.

The vineyards of the Cellier des Princes, which is the only co-operative on the Châteauneuf du Pape area, stretches over 5 villages with a very rich and diverse production: Courthézon, Bedarrides, Jonquières, Châteauneuf du Pape and Orange. Our wines are vinified with a great number of grape varieties – up to thirteen for the Châteauneuf du Pape. The main grapes used are the Grenache, the Syrah or the Mourvèdre together with a whole set of ancient varieties. Each plot of our vineyard is selected carefully and individually so as to elaborate our different wines. This is the key to the complexity, the diversity and the constant quality of our products. Our wines, rooted in their soil, always reflect their origins. And it is these very soils which give the different characteristics of our wines; the deep pebbles for strength, the dry and hot sandy soils for power and spices, the chalky sandstones for structure, the clayey – siliceous hillocks for richness and roundness.
