The wheat road in beauce
From Châteaudun, we suggest you to go visiting the windmills of Beauce as Frouville-Pensier in Ozoir le Breuil or The paradise one. Stone building or two level wooden pivoting, they have a rudimentary machinery and could do demonstrations by milling.
The Beauce House must be discovered to understand and appreciate the knowledge of Beauce. Exhibitions, visits are proposed.
