Many paths make possible to discover the southern region near the mountain of Luberon, on narrow ways in this canyon of approximatively thirty meters height. The gorges of Régalon belong to the National forest of Luberon and the exceptional interest of the site justified its classification in Biological Reserve, by the National office of the Forests. The strong moisture of the ground and the lack of light which reigns at the bottom of this procession create a microclimate favourable with the development of a particular and abundant vegetation: boxwood, elder tree, ivy reach remarkable sizes here.
