Saint - patern district  Located outside the city walls this district was always very active: tanners and craftsmen occupied it during the Middle Ages. You will admire typical wodden houses coming back from this period.  Visit also of the Saint-Patern church dedicated to the first bishop of Valves, (Vth century)
