 Visit the NATIVE HOUSE OF MARECHAL FOCH. Bought by the State during the Second World War, classified historic building in 1938, Ferdinand Foch was born there on October 2, 1851.

 MUSEE OF THE DEPORTATION AND RESISTANCE. This museum reveals one period of the French history through 1400 documents: philatelic, posters, photographs, objects and models.

 The International Festival of Military Music (From the 24 to September 26, 2004). Festival programmed every 2 years, it accomodates various military formations, everything is joined to offer a diversified repertory to the festival ones.

 VISIT THE NATIONAL STUD FARM OF TARBES. The National Stud farm is a State company that is visited randomly work timetable of the people working there.

 Tarbes, from its tradition and its equestrian culture, was almost naturally to create a festival dedicated to the best friend of man : festival Equestria Festival of Creation Equestrian (July 27 at August 1, 2004, 10th edition. National stud farm of Tarbes).

 VISIT CATHEDRALE NOTRE DAME DE SEDE : Increased Romance building during the Gothic period.

 CHURCH SAINTJEAN : located in the heart of the current centre town. Southernmost Gothic style. To see: the large retable going back to 1702 and the platform of 1815/16 which carries an organ and shelters a baptistry.

 To see, the fountains of the town :
 The fountain "Montaut" carved out of stones of the Pyrenees, it was at its beginning on the place Marcadieu it was was transferred on a very close place called Montaut place.
 In compensation, the Marcadieu place has now 2 fountains, one of more important size "Les 4 vallées" which represents the valleys of Bagnères, Aure, Argelès and the plain of Tarbes. On the ether side of the place, Eastern extremity, the fountain "Source d'amour".

 Ballade with accompanying notes on the banks of l'Adour: its arranged banks are appreciated by the walkers just like those of the Lake Soues.
