1st day :

 The Sainte-aldegonde treasure: The treasure, which belonged to the Chapitre of Chanoinesses de Maubeuge, is exhibited in the Sainte-Aldegonde vault in the Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul church. It includes the abbey stick, the reliquaire veil, and several statues of saints. THE BÉGUINAGE OF THE CANTUAINES: This pious foundation dates from the first half of the XVIth century. It belonged to Jean Gyppus, senior of the canons of the Chapter of Saint-Quentin which was annexed to the Sainte-Aldegonde monastery.
 THE SOEURS-NOIRES CHAPEL: The chapel dates from the XVIIth century. Of baroque style , it is classified Historic building. Installed in Maubeuge at the beginning of the XVth century, the Saint-Augustin nons, known as the Black Sisters, thus called because of their black clothes, had a charitable vocation.

4th day : the "gavroche"

 You will embark on board of the water-bus called "Gavroche" for pleasant strolls to discover the fauna and the flora of the valley of Sambre.

5th day : a day to the zoo

 More than 300 animals, 60 species testify the fauna of the five continents. Mammals, birds and reptiles populate 7 hectares of the unique and historical site of the ramparts of Vauban.

6th day : the salmagne

 The head in the clouds, such is the creed of the Maubeuge aerodrome! You will embark a four-seater plane to admire from up there the city and the countryside.

7th day :

 True small jewel, this museum tells the story of the soldier from Maubeuge. You will find there multiple objects relating to Maubeuge's glorious past, scenes of life, and a superb plan of "the ancient Maubeuge".
