In the heart of the history

Salivas: laundrette of the XIXème century comprising a semi-circular vault, consolidated by 5 arcs beams. One of most beautiful of the circuit, this laundrette is fed by the source of the Bast which leaves an excavation located at the foot of a small cliff, in top of which the church of Salivas is. The artistic order entrusted to the artist John Armleder relates to the cave located inside the laundrette and from which the spring water comes. Beneuvre: the commune has two identical laundrettes located of an end at the other of the village in edge of road. Bore-hole-the-Templiers: laundrette located under the town hall-school, constituting a communal unit characteristic of IIIème Republic. Curiosity because the use considered inappropriate the too great proximity between the laundrette (flowered language of the lavender fields) and the innocent earss of the schoolboys. The artistic order relates to the drawing of the reason for the two doors, designed to authorize the vision inside the building, and on the design of a course connecting the various fountains of the village between them. Vanvey: incontestably one of the most beautiful laundrettes of the circuit from the architectural point of view, this building is built in length at the edge of Ource and comprises fifteen wood arcs on stone pilliers.
