The impressive ski domain in the valley of chamonix is spread out over 12 kilometers and encompasses a variety of different mountains, each with it's own distinct character.

  In the morning, skiing on the Brevent, the closest station to the centre of Chamonix (black run down from Le Brevent to Planpraz "Charles Bozon" is great for good skiers with an impressive wall along one side).
  In the afternoon, you'll take the tramway of Mont Blanc to discover the mountain. The route: Le Fayet (580 m), Saint-Gervais (792 m), Montivon (1400 m), col de Voza (1 653 m), Bellevue (1 800 m), Mont Lachat (2047 m). It is from there that the high-mountain trail, made in the rock at the foot of Les Rognes, begins. It ends at the Nid d'Aigle (2372 m).

  Ski touring to the Col du Belvedere. From the Col, looking north through west the views extend into the Bérard valley and further out over the Samoens valley. South lies the formidable Massif du Mont Blanc with famous peaks such as Les Grandes Jorasses and Le Dru.
  Discover local products ( sausages, cheese - goat cheese, Tomme, Reblochon, the excellent Beaufort or the creamy Morbier) in a local market.

  Skiing/ Snowboarding on the famous Vallée Blanche an off-piste ski route, 17km long with a vertical descent of 2800m. The views are stunning and the high mountain environment provides a real sensation of wilderness. This is one of those memorable life experiences. Don't forget the camera.You'll be accompanied by an experienced High Mountain Guide.

  Discovery of the Mer de Glace, a glacier of 7 km long, with an area of about 40 sq km. It is the second-longest glacier in the Alps, after the Aletsch Glacier.
  At night, you'll have a lot of fun in one of the numerous and very trendy Chamonix clubs.

  In the morning, cross country skiing. Take the longer "green" route round the Golf Course, starting from near the Flegere lift to admire beautiful settings and views.
  Visit of the Chamonix museum. This musum provides an accurate and interesting history of the valley. On two floors there is a fascinating range of exhibits covering the geological and human history of Chamonix.

  In the morning, ice climbing in Argentière. Access is easy, with 10-30 mins walk from the road.
  Evening walks - to finish with a traditional meal in a mountain hut.
