Its anchor, fished out recently on our coasts by the Norwegian marine, was placed besides at the foot of the monument.

Char avre churchill mk 3  On June 6, 1944 at 7:30 am, 70 Churchill tanks modified and equipped with fascines, plagues, bomb thrower and bridges, unloaded of 10 barges and released the beach of 200 m, so that the troops can unload in full safety. Avenue harold pickersgill  (to Dover-the-délivrance) On June 6, 2004, the commune inaugurated the avenue Harold Pickersgill in the presence of his children.
