Extending from honfleur in the east until isigny in the west, the shore of the apple-brandy was related to two successful unloadings.

  The specific charm of Honfleur is present in the largest museums of the world.
  Painted many times, this small seaport continues to attract in all seasons the artists who paint the changing water and sky reflections.
  The high narrow, tight houses, have the gleam of their roofs with gray-bluein slates in the water of the Old Basin. Close to Lieutenancy, vestige of the old fortifications, a plate commemorates the loadings of Champlain, founder of Quebec at the 17th century.
  On the other side of the port, after some steps in the streets bordered of old houses and picture galleries, is the Sainte-Catherine church, built in the 15th century by the skilful carpenters of marine.

  21st district of Paris, Deauville is a seaside resort which attracts the inhabitants of Paris area during summer holidays and prolonged weekends. Its great sand beach proposes its shelters coloured during summer, protecting from the wind and the sun more than the glances: Deauville is a place where everybody shows himself. Bordering sand, the Boards make it possible to skirt the beach on 643 Meters. They were manufactured with a tropical wood (azobé) particularly resistant to the climatic conditions.
  To note, cabins with the names of actors.
  Often during the year, the tourists (and people of the country) attracted by this splendid walk in edge of sea are so numerous that walk becomes difficult.

  Famous seaside resort of the Flowered Coast, Trouville-sur-mer is as pleasant as a small fishing port. At the 17th cetury, the sailors trouvillais were going to Terre-Neuve to fish cod.
  Located near Deauville, this commune has infrastructures (casino, sport equipment...) allowing it to compete with its famous neighbor. A walk on its Boards is pleasant, thanks to its situation with the foot of green hills.

  Ouistreham, located on left bank of the Orne, on the channel which connects Caen to the sea, is a significant marina.
  Along the coast is the seaside resort Rivetted-Bella, whose first house was built in 1866. The unit forms the commune of Ouistreham Rivetted-Bella.
  To see: its church Saint-Samson (11th and 12th centuries) is a specimen characteristic of the Norman schools.

  Old marina and fishing port located at the end of Seulles, Courseulles sur Mer is famous for its oysters.
  It is possible to visit the refining parks and to taste these shells all along the year.

  Between the Point of Hoc and the west and Arromanches-les-Bains in the east, the coast of bessin offers a cliff succession along whose a path makes it possible to see the changing reflections of the English Channel. The beaches are rarer there than on the other coasts of the Calvados
  In some places, the rivers have dug an accés towards the sea by clearing a passage in the hills. Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, located on the east of Omaha Beach is a small village located in one of these valleys.

  Port-in-Bessin, located in the heart of the beaches of the american unloading, has the appearance of a small quiet port . This town guards its authenticity, its inhabitants having chosen to continue to practise their ancestral activity, fishing, forsaking tourism of mass.
  After having sauntered on the quays, it is advisable to go up by the path on the cliff where draws up the Vauban Tower, built in 1694 to counter the corsairs anglo-Dutch and the English incursions. On a side, the sight plunges on the whole of the port and other the cliff forms a rampart with the attacks of the waves.
