Regional natural reserve of the ballons des vosges

Everything on the paths to be discovered...  On the Park territory, there is about thirty paths of discovery marked out on varied topics: thatches, forest, peat bogs, fauna, flora, water, climate, landscapes, geology, history and traditions...  Some are accompanied by a booklet-guide which gives even more information.

Everything about the centers of initiation to the envi  The centers of discovery and initiation to environement that proposes the Park to better know it throughout exit-nature, exposures, animations, publications...  Some also organize teaching stays around the natural and cultural inheritance of the Vosgean mountain.

Everything about the historic tour  On the Park, a dozen of historical tours are marked out and accompanied by a guide of discovery allowing "to learn about inheritance".  Their beaconing and the booklets guides which accompany them truly make speak about the walls and stones.

Everything about inheritance and mining paths  On the same principle, the Park set up 7 mining paths which tell the adventure of the mines from the Middle Ages to our days.

Everything about the hydraulic strongness...  In the middle of last century, almost each river of the Vosgean mountain produced energy via wheels of water. This technique was gradually abandoned because of industrialization. Renovated and maintained, these astonishing installations can be visited today.

Everything about the museums of the park...  In the Park, there are many museums. The diversity of this museum inheritance constitutes one of the richnesses of our territory: museums of art, history, traditions, textile, wood, geology... The museums of the territory of the Park invite you to discovered cultural inheritance.

Everything about the natural reserves  On the territory of the Park of the balloons, there are 5 natural Reserves. They aime at being sure of an effective protection of remarkable natural spaces, because protection is not enough to ensure the conservation, it is necessary to manage, that is to say preserve and maintain. The natural Reserves are neither zoos, nor sporting courses but of the privileged places of meeting between human and nature.
