Mounain bike hike  The Mountain Bike is a natural activity par excellence and its practice a source of energy and vitality. It constitutes an excellent means of discovering in-depth an area, its landscapes, its men and their culture. Start from Aulus-the-Baths and go down towards the valley from Garbet towards Oust and turn right after 8km to field VTT of Cominac. Here you will find 93km mountain roads marked out to make a mountain bike hike. You also can, always on the basis of Aulus going up on the Collar of Latrappe (a rise of approximately 25min). From here you can cross the valley and to have a beautiful sight on Garbet, with more 500m of altitude!

Mont valier and its reserve  This reserve is located a few kilometres from Seix. One can reach it by Estours or the Collar of Pause. Its surface is of 9.037 ha, the prestigious species live there: the isard, the capercaillie, the grouse, the marmot, the golden eagle, the bearded gypaète, the fawn-coloured vulture. With a little patience, one can easily observe these animals. The climax is the Valier Mount height a 2.838 meters.

Village of ercé  Ercé: 650m of alt, small village of 400hab, with rural vocation. The life is still rythmée there by the seasons.
