With more than 300 sunny days a year, local residents as well as tourists can only appreciate the beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets. The ground is dry, calcareous, stony and difficult to cultivate. No chemical products are used and traditional values are preserved.

Grape picking and wine temperature are highly controlled for white wine and rosé. The Cuvaison (process of wine making) is monitored for red wine made in the natural freshness of traditional caves. Bottled wine is stored in air-conditioned caves.
