CHATEAU BELLEVUE LA FORET

The CHATEAU BELLEVUE LA FORÊT vineyard was created in 1974, in the AOC FRONTON in order to produce red and rosé wines, which would match the tastes of a clientele that is often hard to please. CHATEAU BELLEVUE LA FORÊT wines are made from the most important grape varieties : 30 ha of CABERNET FRANC and CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 16 ha of SYRAH, 7 ha of GAMAY and 59 ha of the very rare grape variety NEGRETTE. The latter is exclusive to this appellation, as it isn't found anywhere else in the world. At the present time the vineyard covers an area of 112 ha. Winemaking at the Château follows the Bordelaise tradition using the most up-to-date methods : air conditioned cellars, thermoregulation of temperatures during vinification, micro-oxygenation of the wines, and maturation on the lees for rosé wines... In 2004, we was awarded the AFAQ Service Confiance Qualenvi certificate for its service, quality and respect for the environment.
