The residence
Any newly built residence is located 300 meters from the beach and 1 km from the center of Soulac.
It consists of 4 buildings on a floor. 3 of them overlooking the oak and the last overlooks the pool. The interior decor inspired by regional traditions, quality of materials and equipment contribute to the friendly apartments.
The residence has a swimming pool and a playground.
