In this 19th century building renovated by Marie-Christine and Robert BOUDARD located in a one-hectare garden, Vincent LUCAS offers (evenings only) a cuisine which is quite distinguished from the ordinary country style around. This is a high maintenance operation, south-facing terrace, bourgeois salons, fire places etc. Here we find risotto, rice with génépy and cébettes, mountain cheese croutons and small roasted artichokes, trout-blettes ravioli and mesclun salad
In summer as in winter, the Country cottage the Sparrows is a convivial place where you will be able to slacken, to take part in many animations on the spot and in the neighbourhoods…
Allos
The hotel L'Ours Blanc is located at 1500m altitude, Seignus, at the outskirts of the village of Allos, just after the small bridge under which passes the Verdon. Our cottage is at the foot of the slopes, just ahead of the lifts and just a few metres from the ski school. You can practice all winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, scooter, as well as snowshoes or skis. Here for the winter. As for the summer, this is a different program: mountain biking, hiking, tourism, sport, baignage, idleness ...
