The history of the Domaine is old, as a part of the building dates from the 16th century and we can still see the remains of the different social and agrarian era: bargaining of salt, breeding of silkworm… Seven different varieties are gathered to produce original blends of wines, breathing this lovely countryside, mixture of smooth hills, grapes and fruit orchards: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre Cinsault, Roussane and Viognier. The soil type of the Domaine is a sandy-clay soil: it provides to our wines the genuine elegance and freshness coming from the sand level, and also intensity and roundness by the clay.
