Bergheim, a small medieval town, has the ambition to be classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France and is located at 6 km from the "Auberge de l'Ill". Our seven hundred years old lime tree is rising in front of the hotel. The first Kilbe (local feast) took place in the Herrengarten, the village parc, when this tree was planted in 1300, at least this is what the legend tells us.
