The Old Mill continuous to serve customers faithful, that Alain Farnoux and all his family knew to keep thanks to their love of the traditional olive oil, manufactured to the “stone runner”: 3 generations work with the mill, shouldered of a manager except par, Christian Bonnet, who took up the challenge to accompany them in their modernization, in order to respect the standards in force: a difficult work, in the escarpées lanes of this superb village, but whose heart remained (and will remain, I am on) intact!

Nestling in the ramparts of Saint-Romain-en-Viennois, La Calade was originally a farmhouse abutting the inside wall of the fortifications of this village-in-the-round situated in northern Vaucluse.
