Eng our duplex and studio have : a fully equipped kitchen (cooking burner, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) double rooms (sf studio) bathrooms with a bathtub/shower, a hair-dryer separate toilet living room looking out on a deck.

We will be very happy to welcome you and your family in our residence composed by 24 fully furnished studios. Ideal to discover Nice and around we are located in the city center, close to many shops, restaurants, near the sea and the train station. All the studios have a kitchenette and private bathroom with shower and toilets, linen is provided, a gardian lives on place.
