Deep in the heart of Périgord Noir and set in extensive grounds comprising woods and fields, this traditional farmhouse with private swimming pool (10x5), offers a comfortable base to explore this interesting region. The interior has lots of character. There is a very large fireplace at one end of the living area, with comfortable seating around it; a bar separates the open-plan kitchen area, and beyond here is a dining area with french doors to the garden. 1st floor : 1 shower room and 2 bedrooms (1 double -160 cm- and 1 with twin beds -90 cm-). 2sd floor : 1 shower room and 1 family room with double bed –140cm- and twin beds.
