Bayeux
Between Bayeux and the Normandy landing beaches, this 17th century château is a shining example of traditional French hospitality. Regional cuisine and delicious seafood, elegant interiors and seven acres of greenery for gentle strolls in the shade of Lebanese cedars and redwoods. The bedrooms are divided between the château and the manor, while the Suite Duplex is the ideal place for families. Tucked away in the park are a 16th century dovecote and a chapel with listed frescoes. The swimming pool is in a glass house. A fitness suite, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court and billiard table are also available for guests to enjoy.
Arromanches-les-Bains
The artificial Harbour built for the D-Day landings was given the code-name Mulberry. To the best of our knowledge, this restaurant was the first to open in this area after the 6th of June 1944; and this makes it historically unique. However, the restaurant only changed its name in 1951, when the quaint « A la descente du train » became the « Mulberry »; and today we are proud to open it to you.“Meet us; remember us; come back to us !” The Hotel-Restaurant « Le Mulberry » is ideally located at the heart of the village, between the D-Day landings museum and the 360° panoramic cinema; only a stone-throw from the beach.
