The kitchen is Christiane's sacred domain.There she will prepare for you delicious gourmand breakfasts, to satisfy your every desire; local cold meats & cheeses, Viennese delicacies, home-made jams, fresh fruit juices. If you order in advance, Christiane will also take the greatest pleasure in creating a tasty dish for your dinner.

The original Monastry, large and wellknown throughout the région, was plundered and completely destroyed during the French Révolution, and then sold by the State as a National property. The house of today was built on the foundations, with the original stones.
