Cro-Bidou is located at 1000 m of altitude in the middle of a park, at 8 km of Evian-the-Baths and lake Léman. We are near a small lake of mountain arranged in nautical base, at the beginning of the footpaths to feet or in VTT, but also near the ski resorts such as Bernex (at 5 minutes) and Doors of the Sun (at 25 minutes).

The Residence is located on the heights of Evian, with the foot of the forest belt. The unit consists of 101 residences divided either into small collectives of 44 apartments out of 3 stages (with elevator), or in 19 country cottages (3 apartments per country cottage). Apartments 4/5 to 6 people are integrated perfectly in the architectural spirit of the station. They are entirely arranged with kitchenette equipped (plate vitroceramics, microwaves or grill/microwaves, dishwasher), shower or bathroom, WC separated for the majority, paying television and balcony or terrace. At your disposal: swimming pool discovered heated with mobile dome, paying sauna, room fitness, general-purpose room with corner bar, paying billiards, carpark discovered free (1 place by apartment).
